Things are heating up on The Amazing Race, and tonight, it's about to get hotter than ever. Still in Indonesia, the remaining nine pairs will encounter the dreaded double U-Turn, which could spell disaster for many of our teams.

20:56They insist that they're "a lot better" than the teams that are left and that's why it hurts - except you're not, hence the reason you're in last place. Of course, according to the girls, it's because their driver was a "hot mess". I'm rolling my eyes.
20:55The two groups are in a mad race - literally just feet apart, and they head in two different directions. Sadly for Brittany & Caitlin (immediate karma, perhaps?), they've gone the wrong way and Gary & Will manage to check in as team eight before them. They're eliminated from the race, thankfully. Goodbye!
20:54Will & Gary try to U-Turn Rob & Kelley, though they've just checked in seventh at the pit stop. The guys have to head back for the other part of the detour, now, and they're getting eggs fried on their heads. Caitlin & Brittany are at the park too, looking feverishly for the U-Turn box and unable to find it. They eventually get there, but they again start yelling at the driver, saying how frustrating it is that "a guy from this country" can't speak English. Uh, you realise you're not in America, right? This is why people hate Americans. Ugh. Anyway.
20:45Nadiya & Natalie check in sixth, and good for them! Meanwhile, Caitlin & Brittany are screaming at a driver again when they've gone the wrong way, and Gary & Will discovered that they've been blind U-Turned. They don't know who's behind them, but they assume maybe it's the girls and want to U-Turn them, as well.
20:43Once arriving, it's a mad race (excuse the pun) to get to the park for their roadblock. There's a bit of frustration with the language barrier when it comes to Brittany & Caitlin, who end up screaming at the cart driver. Not a good look. In sixth place, Nadiya & Natalie decide not to use the U-Turn and head over to the pit stop. When Rob & Kelley arrive, however, they use the U-Turn on Gary & Will. Ouch. They're already in last place!
20:35Josh & Brent check in at the pit stop in fifth place, meaning the four teams on the last train will have to duke it out for the final three places.
20:34Josh & Brent have finished their eggs and are ready to head to the pit stop. James & Jaymes check in third, followed by James & Abba - not bad!
20:33Abbie & Ryan check in at the pit stop first, and in addition to being safe this week, they've won a trip for two to Fiji! Coming in second are Lexi & Trey, and privately, Lexi admits that if she had another opportunity to U-Turn someone, it would be Abbie & Ryan.
20:32At the next location, it's a double U-Turn, meaning they can choose any other team to force to do both sides of the detour. Abbie & Ryan, in first place, choose not to detour anyone. The Chippendales choose the same. Their next location is the Sma Negri school, which is this week's pit stop. Everyone seems to be in a great mood, because the rockers also avoid using their U-Turn.
20:30While all this is happening, the remaining teams are finally getting on their train - they're quite a few hours behind, so they'll have a lot to make up for. There's not so much of a cheerful attitude in this group, as they know they'll be competing against one another to stay.
20:28Across town, Josh & Brent have gone to pick up their eggs. Abbie & Ryan finish the Lion's Head task first and get their next clue - they must make their way to Perliman Pos. I have no idea what or where that is, but they're on their way!
20:27Once in Bangu, the first teams have to travel by carts pushed by an attached bike - and they're small, to say the least. The rockers, the Chippendales, Abbie & Ryan are at the park for Lion's Head, and they're marching in their costumes, which is easier said than done. Trey & Lexi are also in on it, and concentrating hard on not dropping the heavy headpiece.
20:23The detour is here - They'll do Egg Head or Lion's Head. Egg Head means they'll need to have their heads lit on fire to cook some eggs, part of an old Indonesian art form. They'll have to pick up four eggs from a vendor, travel to a local artisan and cook it. They've got to eat the egg before getting their next clue. Lion's Head will require them to dress in costume and wear a 40lb mask, parading down the street and stopping along the way to perform a dance. Once they arrive back in the park, they'll get their next clue.
20:21Abbie & Ryan are also on the first train, and all of the groups agree to make a sort of alliance now, promising that they won't U-Turn each other when it comes up. Considering they're more than half the groups, they may not be able to fulfill that promise, but whatever.
20:17At the train station, it's a rush to get the next tickets to Bangu for the teams that are there. Meanwhile, Gary & Will and Rob & Kelley are still in last place and have yet to make it to the restaurant. Once there, Rob is an absolute master and gets his dishes served easily and in record time, so they're off to the train station, as well.
The first train departs without Nadiya & Natalie, who run after it but are unable to catch it. Meanwhile, the Chippendales, Lexi & Trey, James & Abba and Josh & Brent have managed to catch it, and are shocked - but pleased - to learn that the next train isn't due for another three hours.
20:12Nadiya & Natalie have run into a problem - their taxi driver told them he knows where they're headed, but he certainly doesn't. He's lost, and they're angry and end up just getting out of the cab. Meanwhile, Lexi is at the restaurant dropping dishes left and right and has to continuously start over. The Chippendales are slightly more successful and complete the roadblock first. They head to Surabaya Gubeng train station, where they must take a train to another town.
20:09Finally, the three groups manage to get cabs, since the restaurant is pretty far from the market, according to one of the drivers. Josh & Brent are in a cab not long after, but they're in no hurry, as they believe that being good people will help them win the raise. Er, slightly misguided, but bless them, I suppose.
Lexi & Trent arrive at the roadblock first - they've got to serve up 20 plates of food at once at the restaurant. They've got to balance all the dishes at once, but if anything drops along the way, they have to return to the kitchen and try again. Once they've completed it successfully, the manager will give them their next clue.
20:07We're still in Surabaya, but not for very long. Starting off at the marketplace, the clue for the next leg instructs teams to make their way to Antika Jaya Padang restaurant, where their next clue arrives. Since Nadiya & Natalie were first in the last leg, they get a five minute head start on the race, with Lexi & Trey. They can't seem to find the restaurant, or anyone who speaks English, either, so they work together with the Chippendales, as well - perhaps there's power in numbers?
20:01When we last left our teams, they were in Surabaya, Indonesia, and Natalie & Nadiya arrived first at the pit stop. We lost Amy & Daniel, unfortunately, and now we're set to eliminate another duo. But who? Something tells me it might be someone unexpected this week, given the complication of the double U-Turn.
