After successful stints in TV thrillers Big Little Lies and The Undoing, Nicole Kidman has returned to our screens once again in Nine Perfect Strangers, a brand new mystery miniseries that is sure to become your new obsession.
Based on the novel of the same name from author Liane Moriarty (Big Little Lies), Nine Perfect Strangers follows a group of city-dwellers who go on a 10-day retreat to a health and wellness resort that promises healing and transformation – however, everything isn't what it seems to be.
Director of the picturesque beauty resort is Masha (Nicole Kidman), an ominous presence whose unorthodox methods of achieving improved mental and physical health become increasingly questionable.

Starring alongside Nicole Kidman are cast members Melissa McCarthy (Thunder Force), Luke Evans (The Pembrokeshire Murders), Melvin Gregg (Snowfall), Samara Weaving (Snake Eyes) and Michael Shannon (Knives Out).
Nicole Kidman is once again teaming with creator David E Kelley, who she previously worked with on The Undoing and Big Little Lies.

Nine Perfect Strangers premieres on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, August 20. The series consists of eight episodes and the first three episodes will be available on release, with the rest releasing weekly on Fridays until the final episode drops on September 24.

Oscar winner Nicole Kidman starring in big TV show adaptations isn't stopping here either, as she already has her next role lined up with Things I Know To Be True, a series based on Andrew Bovell's Australian play which is getting a release on Amazon.
The first three episodes of Nine Perfect Strangers launch on Amazon Prime in the UK on Friday, August 20, with new episodes releasing weekly. The show releases on Hulu weekly on Wednesdays in the US.
