Power star Lela Loren has landed a major new TV role just days after the show's sixth and final season premiered with a huge twist.

As reported by TVLine, the actress will have a regular role on season 2 of Netflix's Altered Carbon. She's set to play a character named Danica Harlan, who's described as a "charming and ambitious" governor of the planet Harlan's Word.

"She has the support of the people," the description reads, "but keeps an uneasy grip on the political players who surround her".
