The romance and rows continued on tonight's (February 14) Survival of the Fittest as the battle of the sexes reached steamy new heights.

Resident lothario Ryan has already been setting pulses racing in The Lodge, but only a select few of the contestants know that he is actually bisexual. Audiences have already praised Ryan's bravery, and tonight he continued to tell the girls about his sexual preferences.

With James and Ryan both vying for the attention of Georgie, Ryan decided now was as good a time as any to come clean to his potential partner in the hopes they might find new ground.

The macho Mancunian sat with Georgie and Jenny at The Lodge, when conversation turned to who was his favourite.

Georgie asked Ryan: "Are we your two favourite girls?" leading to a slightly awkward pause.

There's no time like the present and Ryan decided to confide in the pair. "Yes, I said that from the start," admitted Ryan. "I wasn't sure if I fancied you or if you just reminded me of one of my friends."

Biting the bullet, he continued: "I think I got it a little twisted because I didn't make [it] clear. I like girls and guys… So I've got a girl mate who has got qualities of you. I think you're a great girl."

Unfazed by Ryan's admission, Georgie seemed to enjoy his honesty. "I think you're a great guy. You know when there are some people in life where your paths would never have crossed but then something happens for a reason," she said to him.

"I can't help it but when I talk to you about things, I feel like you understand me and I understand you. We get each other. I get so much comfort from you, especially when I'm having a bad time."

Later, reflecting on her day in The Treehouse, Georgie confessed that she could see herself being friends with Ryan for a long time, however, will it just be friends?

"I think he felt quite nervous to talk to us about it all and to be honest when he told me about it, it's just who he is as a person," she revealed to the camera.

"You can tell that he connects with people's souls and not whether they are this or that. Most of the guys also feel like they have a really great connection with him and it is because he is such a great guy."

James seems set to continue sinking his claws into Georgie, so only time will tell how much longer this twisted love triangle can go on, and if the girls will come between the Bro Code of the boys.

Survival of the Fittest continues tomorrow night (February 15) at 9pm on ITV2.
