In the wake of the Time's Up movement against sexual harassment, Celebrity Big Brother viewers have called for Shane Jenek – also known as Courtney Act – to be warned or kicked out of the house for joking about assault.
During Sunday night's show (January 14), the RuPaul's Drag Race star was seen pulling down Andrew Brady's tracksuit bottoms during a playfight.
When Andrew joked: "That's assault", Shane replied: "That's not assault, this is assault!" and attempted to pull The Apprentice star's boxers down.
While Andrew didn't appear to be offended by the incident, and laughed as he told Shane J, "you just ripped my pants," some viewers were angered by Shane's joking about assault, with some even calling on Channel 5 to "throw him out" or warn him for what happened.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "Looks like @courtneyact has overstepped the mark, surely Shane J will be on a warning for pulling Andrew's trackies and calvin's down - "sexual assault? #CBBUK" while someone else said: "Naughty boys"? What the f**k. That's assault. Shane assaulted Andrew. If that was a man who did that to a woman he would get kicked out in disgrace!"
Another viewer added: "Wow. Joking about assault and pulling Andrew's pants down. Shane was my favourite but now he's seriously gone down in my estimations..."

However, some people watching felt that action should be taken against Shane J only if Andrew said he was uncomfortable about what happened.
"If it turns out that Andrew was uncomfortable/upset with what happened with Shane then Shane should get a warning/punished," one viewer wrote.
"However from what we can see ATM, Andrew saw it as a joke and they continued messing around after. I'd say the same if it was any housemate. "
"Sure... if Andrew complains or indicates discomfort, absolutely Shane should get a warning, but until then people need to chill," another viewer wrote.
