I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! announced last week (January 5) that 2018 will be the first series in a while not to feature Outback Shack's Kiosk Keith, amid allegations of inappropriate on-set behaviour.
After a 15-year association with the show, Kiosk Keith actor – real name Raymond Grant – was sacked following an alleged incident, which is thought to have taken place at a wrap party in December.
But the 52-year-old builder's ex-wife Linda has dismissed claims of sexual harassment, insisting "he's not a sexual predator" and the incident was initially taken in good spirits.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: "I'm not condoning that he slapped her on the bottom. No-one wants that. But he's being made out to be this horrible man when he really isn't.
"We've had a lot of differences over the years but he's not a sexual predator. He has a 24-year-old son. He has an 18-year-old daughter. He is not like that and never has been."
It was previously reported that he made unwanted advances to a female colleague in front of the crew on a bus heading into the jungle following the show's 17th series.

"Keith wasn't on the bus when it happened," his ex-partner added. She went on to claim: "It was during a wrap party.
"They were sitting around and having a few drinks. Keith saw the girl walked by and gave her a tap on the arse.
"There was nothing sinister in it but he shouldn't have done it. He was sacked afterwards – from his role as Kiosk Keith and from his job helping to build sets on the show."
Raymond Grant is a married father of four who helped build the set of I'm a Celebrity in the Australian jungle.
He has not commented on the allegations against him or his firing as of yet but ITV previously told Digital Spy: "Ray is no longer under contract on the show. There are no plans for him to return this year."
I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is expected to return for its 18th series later in the year on ITV.
