James 'Arg' Argent returned to The Only Way Is Essex tonight (October 10) with a massive beef to sort out with Gemma Collins (and with a new slim look).

Arg was quick to bring up the "beef" he's got that's ongoing with Gemma Collins – he mentioned how he had blocked her on social media and felt she'd claimed she was pregnant with his baby "for attention".

Gemma was upset by the whole experience, as the pair decided to stop "f**king each other over".
