How many injuries are we on with The Jump now? We've lost count if we're being honest, so it's lucky we've got a handy updated gallery to help us out.
And now we can add Spencer Matthews to the list, as the brave/foolish former Made in Chelsea star who once said "you must be doing something wrong if you hurt yourself" has only gone and bloody hurt himself.
In footage seen on The Sun Online, Spencer is shown crashing into the ski nets and yelping in pain as he tumbles over during a rehearsal run.
While the face cam footage shows he is clearly in pain, he soon gets back up with a chipper look on his face as he tells medical staff that he dislocated his shoulder but it eventually popped back into place.
Fortunately, it seems his injury isn't bad enough to follow Vogue Williams or Sir Bradley Wiggins, who have both pulled out of the show due to injury this series, and he tweeted soon after the story broke to confirm he was still competing.
And, to be fair, Spencer has previously said that he's not particularly worried about the potential for injury on the show either.
What to Read Next
"I didn't really read [The Jump] contract, I just signed it," he said. "If you break your leg, you break your leg. I think you can only blame yourself."
Earlier in the series, Sir Bradley suffered a small leg fracture and was told he needs to rest for a few weeks, meaning he could no longer participate.
Meanwhile, Vogue had to pull out of the show before the first episode had even aired because of a knee injury - but she's keen to give it another go next year.
The Jump continues tomorrow night (February 26) at 7pm on Channel 4.
