Davina McCall may be out in Austria presenting The Jump, but do not count on her taking the plunge herself one day.

The presenter was asked the question on Good Morning Britain – and is adamant that she would never take part in the show's stunts, and we do not blame her to be honest.

"We were laughing the other day and I was thinking about The Skeleton, and that is absolutely nuts."

The show has been snowed under with injuries once again this year, notably Vogue Williams – who quit before the first live show after hurting her knee.

Bradley Wiggins has sustained two injuries since the show began on an ankle and calf muscle, though Channel 4 has confirmed that he will still remain in the competition.

Wiggins also swore live on air during the series premiere of the show, leading Davina to make an apology on his behalf on air.

Josie Gibson was the first contestant to be eliminated on Sunday after refusing to do the jump, though it came days after she had been hurt during a practice run – all while facing a morbid fear of jumping off things.

The Jump airs on Channel 4.
