Since rising to fame on Made in Chelsea, Spencer Matthews has ticked The Batchelor and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! off his reality TV to-do list - although the latter only lasted two days.
But there were rumours swirling that due to his brother's engagement to Pippa Middleton, Spencer would no longer be allowed to do any more gloriously trashy TV.
The source of those rumours? Stephanie Pratt.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Spencer became defensive about the royal restriction claims, and suggested his former co-star/ex-girlfriend's opinion on the matter was "redundant".
"I can't be because I'm here aren't I? It's a reality show, so it can't be...
"That was a strange rumour and I find it odd... Stephanie thinks a lot of things that aren't real.

While on the subject of Mr Matthews and denials, the star has also told us that there is no love triangle between him, Vogue Williams and Jade Jones - although he seemed keen on the idea...
"I'm a single man, Jade's a single girl, Vogue's a single woman... unfortunately it's not happening. I would love it to happen but it's not."
Jade was less than enthusiastic, to put it nicely.
