It's been a tough competition already on Let It Shine, but 17-year-old Nicky Price just blew the roof off the whole thing with the old talent show classic 'Say Something'.

The young singer from South Wales told the judges he'd done a few competitions before but they'd never lead anywhere, which is a bit of a shock considering the way he sang tonight, which included leaving judge Amber Riley with goosebumps after a visibly moving audition.

"I really wanted to get up there and sing with you," Amber said after, which is high praise indeed. "It was incredible and I had goosebumps. There are some people who have to work for it and there are some people who are born with it and have it. And you have it."

Fellow judge Dannii Minogue agreed but kept it simple, saying: "That was spine-tingling."

"That was absolutely amazing," Martin Kemp added. "You know what sold it for me as well? It wasn't just the singing. You acted it out and felt every world. You absolutely hit the nail on the head."

And of course Gary Barlow was very positive about the whole thing too, adding: "We need people to love this band and I absolutely loved your performance today. Well done."

Naturally, with comments with that he got through to round two - but not only did he get through the first audition, he also went and got a perfect score too boot, marking a series first. Not bad for the first round - and the first episode.
