The X Factor had tried to keep the duets in tonights final firmly under wraps, and we can now see why as the show brought out some big stars to perform with this year's finalists.

Saara Aalto was no exception, as she took on none other than Queen's masterpiece 'Bohemian Rhapsody."

Saara started the performance with a quiet, haunting rendition, sat at the piano in the centre of the stage.

It didn't stay calm for long, though, as soon the doors opened and Adam Lambert, American Idol runner-up and lead vocalist for Queen+Adam Lambert for the past few years climbed on top of her piano to belt out the rock classic.

Of course, Saara couldn't be out-diva'd, so she climbed right up there with him and the two gave an incredible performance complete with perfect harmonies and a pretty hefty smoke machine.

The impressive performance got a standing ovation from the studio audience and the judges.

"You've sung with the best of them," Dermot asked Adam. "How good is she?"

"Saara is a superstar!" Adam said.

The duo then had an adorable interaction in bits of broken Finnish, Saara's native language, which left Dermot - and probably everybody else - looking a bit confused.

"I've waited to perform with Adam for ages," Saara said over the audience chanting her name. "The X Factor made my dreams come true."

"And then some," Dermot agreed.

Well, quite.

The X Factor airs on ITV.
