The X Factor is bringing us the final round of auditions tonight… but don't worry, because they've managed to squeeze a soap star in at the last minute.

Yup, you might just recognise Will Rush, a 21-year-old singer-songwriter who steps in front of the judges in tonight's show, because he used to star in Waterloo Road.

That's right - he played Josh Stevenson in the show and has also appeared in episodes of Casualty, Coronation Street and Vera.

In fact, he comes from proper acting stock as his mum Debbie Rush is best known as Anna Windass in Coronation Street and his sister Poppy played Kyle Slater's best friend Sophie in EastEnders earlier this year.

Quite the pedigree, right?

But Will's hoping to move from acting into music and performs his own take on 'Lush Life' by Zara Larsson in an attempt to win a spot at Boot Camp.

He might not have a completely easy ride, though, as Simon Cowell points out that he sees a lot of young men playing the guitar… so does Will actually have what it takes to make it through?

Will isn't the only familiar face in tonight's show, though, as Samantha Atkinson returns after making it to Boot Camp last year (she didn't get through in 2015 thanks to a falling out with fellow contestant Ryan Ruckledge).

Meanwhile, we also get to meet Mike Hough, who previously got a MOBO nomination for a single he released independently - only to be beaten by Adele. Well, you win some, you lose some, right?

But to find out if any of them get through, you'll have to tune in for the final episode of auditions on The X Factor tonight at 8pm on ITV.

And if you do, you'll even be treated to a sneak peek at Boot Camp as the hopefuls arrive at Alexandra Palace and get treated to a fancy party complete with butlers in the buff and a hot tub.

But who'll manage to stay sober and who'll get drunk and be hungover when Boot Camp actually kicks off? After all, there's always one, isn't there?
