Brian McFadden has admitted that he is "surprised" to hear The Jump will be coming back for a new series - and suggested that producers will have to make it "a little bit safer".
Brian took part in The Jump earlier this year, during the series which saw gymnast Beth Tweddle fracture two vertebrae in her neck, Tina Hobley dislocate her elbow and Mark-Francis Vandelli fracture his ankle, among various other injuries.
And Brian didn't escape unscathed either, explaining that it took him four or five weeks to recover from the show after picking up "just a couple of broken ribs".
So when Digital Spy told him that The Jump will be returning for another series, Brian admitted that he wasn't expecting it to be back.
"I'm a little bit surprised," he confessed. "But maybe this year they'll just make it a little bit safer and maybe just tighten things up a little bit because it is a great show and it was a lot of fun to do it, so it's good for the viewers that it's coming back."
But Brian sent out a warning to any celebs thinking of taking on the challenge.

"You have to be careful - that is the one thing," he said. "If you let your guard down for a second doing these events you can get really, seriously hurt, so you've got to always be focused and listen to the trainers."
Tina Hobley has recently opened up about the traumatic aftermath of her injury on The Jump, revealing that she still can't drive and that her daughter has had to help her get dressed.
And Tina even revealed that she lost out on a part in Broadchurch because of the accident, which happened when a crew member failed to clear the landing area during one of her practice jumps.
Tina - who was invited back to compete on the next series after being forced to withdraw - later revealed that she was thinking about suing Channel 4.
Beth Tweddle has also opened up about the impact of her accident on The Jump, explaining that she saw a psychologist to help her deal with the trauma she experienced.
The Jump is due to return to Channel 4 early next year. Meanwhile, Brian McFadden is on safer ground with the return of his series Who's Doing the Dishes?, which airs every weekday at 3pm on ITV.
Mind you, it's not always an easy job, as he opened up to Digital Spy about dealing with boring celebs and which of the stars was the worst in the kitchen.
