Jason Derulo took to The X Factor stage for tonight's live results show, where he offered his advice to the remaining acts.
Speaking to Caroline Flack after an energetic performance of 'Want to Want Me', the 26-year-old star said the hopefuls need to "be individual".
"I've been watching and these final four contestants are amazing. They're so different," Derulo explained.
"At home, we want to see something new, something fresh. So be that individual."
Derulo's performance, which was one of two special guest turns for the evening alog with Sia, prompted a standing ovation from the judges.
Tonight's edition of The X Factorconcluded with Lauren Murray losing out on a place in the grand finale, following a sing-off loss to Ché Chesterman.
The X Factor airs its finale next weekend on ITV.
