Big Brother fans have reacted after the secret housemates made their surprise return to the main house and tensions rose between the contestants following some remarks made by returning star Farida Khalifa.
Kicking things off tonight, Emily, Sam and Farida gave the housemates a surprise wake-up call and it wasn't long before Farida started voicing her opinions on the group.
Despite fans predicting a feud between Farida and Caroline (which could still happen), Farida decided to comment on Marcus and Elsa's relationship, telling Elsa to enjoy the experience more.
The first thing Farida said to Elsa was: "Don't put all your energy into a man, listen to mummy Farida."
After Farida hinted that both Marcus and Elsa could be enjoying it more, a worried Elsa told Teja she was concerned that Marcus would subconsciously "back off" following that conversation.

Later, Farida told Teja she was "easily influenced by her peers" and this comment left Teja feeling upset and like she wanted to go home.

Fans took to X to share their thoughts on Farida's explosive return, with one fan writing: "Farida p*ssing off half the house within a few hours, couldn’t think of a better winner."
Another viewer wrote: "Farida jumping in through the bedroom window and immediately telling the housemates that they’re boring, lazy, should make a menu and have no life skills within the hour."
"All Elsa needed to develop a personality was a reality check from Farida OH I love woman to woman power," wrote one fan of the show, while another added: "Farida dancing in her party hat after causing chaos around the house."
"People hating on Farida because she’s causing the drama they’ve so desperately been begging for for 4 weeks," said another.
"Farida is what this house needed, she's already p*ssing people off and she hasn’t even been in the main house for an hour probs," penned one viewer.
One viewer said: "The wallflowers suddenly finding a voice, what in the Farida has changed!"
"Why is everyone calling Farida annoying when she is literally saying everything we’ve been saying on here," wrote one fan.
Another reality TV fan had this to say: "The way Farida came in to plant the seed to breakup Elsa and Marcus like an anti-Cilla Black. Give her her own show where she breaks up couples that have no business being together."

Elsewhere in the episode, Marcus opened up about Farida's comments, saying he was worried about being shown as someone who was just following Elsa around. This caused a row between him and Elsa.
"It’s like, 'mate, just shut up, it’s got nothing to do with any of yous'," Marcus told Tate. "I was saying like, all that’s been shown is just like, by the sounds of it, all I’ve been portrayed as is someone who’s following Elsa around."
Will Farida's comments come between the couple?
