The final was contested by Wyatt, X Factor contestant-turned-TV presenter Rylan Clark and CBBC presenter Sam Nixon.
Wyatt's well-executed menu of seafood soup, loin of lamb and uniquely adapted 'Sinatra' cheesecake was described as "magnificent" by judge Gregg Wallace.
"Kimberly's food has changed to stuff that is really refined, really interesting and very, very elegant," added John Torode after announcing her win.

"I haven't felt this good in a really long time!" said Wyatt as she was handed the MasterChef trophy.
"This has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. The whole reason for being on MasterChef is because I am a new mum.
"I wanted to create something for my little Willow to look up to," she explained, becoming emotional, "and I think that's what this (trophy) represents".
Congratulating Wyatt as he exited the kitchen, Clark referenced the 33-year-old's bizarre experimentation earlier in the competition: "Just don't put blackberry on a fish!" he added with a wink.
