Married at First Sight UK star Emma Barnes shared her panic following a hair transformation, likening the look to a boyband from the 1990s.
The star appeared in the ninth season of the E4 reality show last year, coupling up with Caspar Todd during the experiment before the duo eventually opted to separate during the process.
Months on from her appearance on the show, Emma took to Instagram for advice regarding her current hairstyle, writing in the caption: “Any advice on how to style my new trendy bangs please without looking like a mushroom or someone from A1 😂😂 #hairhelp #callforhelp #hair #tips”

The post also included a clip, in which Emma said: “I got new bangs at the hairdressers - but I don’t really know how to style them. I kind of look like a 90s boyband with curtains. They look alright like [this] but that’s where the parting sits. Lift to the side. I don’t know - HELP!”
The star did receive some tips from followers in the comment section, with one user writing: “Smaller blow drying bush backwards like you did. I have the same issue but a smaller brush helped them not be so mushroom like 😂 ❤️”

Whilst Emma may be having some hair trouble, the star recently offered an update on her relationship with Caspar, sharing that she was open to getting back on speaking terms after their last exchange ended with an argument.

“I’m ready to chat and be friends when he wants to be,” she said in December. “If he doesn’t want to, that’s okay. It’s just a shame because I’m not a bad person and we are so lucky to share this experience.
“We haven’t spoken since the beginning of October and that was an argument… I’m hoping time will heal. I think we’ll definitely end up meeting up. I might add him to my Christmas card list as an olive branch.”
