I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Maura Higgins has confirmed her relationship status amid a rumoured romance with Pete Wicks.
After being spotted sharing a kiss in London earlier this year, the reality stars have been at the centre of speculation for months that they could be an item.
While in the jungle, Maura did say she was seeing someone beforehand but clarified that she is "not in a relationship" currently.

Speaking in a new interview with Cosmopolitan UK, the Love Island star has now shared that she is very much single.
"Can I just set something straight – I don't have a mystery man. I don't. I'm single," Maura said. "I think people are just very invested in my love life. But as you've all seen from the jungle, there's a lot more layers to me than the man I'm dating."

Speaking previously on I'm a Celebrity, Maura echoed her latest words by saying: "No, I'm single, not in a relationship. People can date, not be in a relationship and take things slow without the media getting involved in your shit. What's the point in getting them involved too soon, when you just don't know where it's gonna go."

Pete himself also spoke about being single recently, explaining on his Staying Relevant podcast: "I do feel like I'm now at a different stage of my life. I'm an older man now than when I was younger and a complete prick."
The Strictly Come Dancing star also addressed the speculation in an episode of his podcast alongside Sam Thompson, as the latter spoke about skirting around the rumours while working on I'm a Celebrity spin-off show Unpacked.
