Gogglebox star Ellie Warner has hit back after being mum-shamed over her son's hair.
The reality star took to her Instagram Stories earlier this week to share an adorable photo of her 18-month-old son Ezra.
The image featured the smiling youngster trying on a pair of sunglasses while wearing an AC/DC jumper, with his curly blonde hair tied into a ponytail. "My kid is cooler than I ever will be," the caption read.
Ellie later returned to her Story to share a screenshot of a message she received from a follower in response to the photo.

"I love you on TV but please think about your sons future," it read. "Get his hair cut and stop breastfeeding him, he has to grow up with all this not you, give him a chance at a normal life at least."

"This is what we are up against," a frustrated Ellie responded.
"Thanks for all the kind messages, I wasn't actually upset reading the message but I chose to share because this is the BS that women have to put up with and I'm trying to raise a little dude who respects women and is against toxic masculinity. And guess what... that message was from another woman?!"
The reality star, who has appeared on Gogglebox since 2015, welcomed Ezra last year with her boyfriend Nat Eddleston. They recently went on their first holiday together as a family of three.

Two months after giving birth, Ellie candidly opened up about her complicated breastfeeding journey with her son.
"I knew as soon as I was pregnant that I wanted to breastfeed. As a first time mum I had no idea what to expect and was scared to be over confident," she previously explained in an Instagram post.
While Ezra took "naturally" to breastfeeding initially, Ellie developed mastitis, which later turned into an abscess that burst – leading to urgent hospital care.
"Feel a bit of a tit sharing my breastfeeding journey," she added in the caption. "But even if it helps to encourage or empower one person then it's worth it."
Gogglebox airs and streams on Channel 4.
