This Morning star Josie Gibson has issued a warning to parents following her son's health struggle.
The presenter opened up in a new interview about 5-year-old Reggie's issues with a stomach infection over the last few years, which was made worse by having too many sugary foods.
"Basically, where he was eating too many sweets and stuff, it was feeding this long-lasting infection and he had an infection on the stomach lining on the top of his gut, which was flowing through all of his body," Josie explained to The Mirror.

"And course, the more sugar you give to your kid, the more it feeds the infection, and it's just a real long-lasting infection in the end. Who knew? I had just to change his diet and get the sugar out."
She went on to caution fellow parents that it's "very important that we give our children a good diet as much as possible" and "try and keep them away from all the sugar".

Josie added that Reggie is now doing "amazing", saying: "It was like I got my child back!"
Earlier this year, the presenter opened up about her family life in Bath, revealing it was the reason why she wouldn't have been able to replace Holly Willoughby on This Morning following the latter's exit last year.

"If I lived in London, I would have loved the job," Josie told the Daily Mail. "But I don't live in London. I live [in Bath], and this is where I am, and this where my family is this, where my life is.
"So, and I, you know I will never get this time back... It's a juggle... The juggle's real."
Meanwhile, last month Josie stepped in on Magic Radio as part of its summer line-up, presenting a BBQ Playlist show for listeners.
This Morning airs on weekdays from 10am on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
