Suzanne Shaw has admitted that she had "snot bubbles" after being voted out of Dancing on Ice.

Shaw - who held it together on screen after being eliminated over Kyran Bracken last night - admitted on ITV's This Morning that she broke down later.

"Last night I was really like, 'It is what it is and that's fine'," she said. "But I actually burst into tears and I was going to [partner] Matt [Evers] - with snot bubbles - 'Please, just help me out right now, I need to get myself sorted!'"

Shaw admitted that it was a "bitter pill to take" that she was in the skate-off despite picking up high scores, saying: "I've got to be honest, I'm gutted. But at the end of the day, it is what it is."

Meanwhile, Evers - who said that Shaw "did not let him down" - revealed that a bad fall during yesterday's dress rehearsals almost ruled the Hear'Say star out of the show last night.

"In dress rehearsals she actually smacked her head when doing that move where she goes back over on top of herself," he said. "And together with the physio team we were a little bit concerned - was she going to be alright for the show... So by the end of the night, it was exhausting."
