Strictly Come Dancing star Layton Williams has shared a series of delightful behind-the-scenes pictures with eliminated star Adam Thomas.
Waterloo Road star Adam reached the end of his Strictly journey over the weekend after he and dance partner Luba Mushtuk lost the dance-off to Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington.
However, it seems that Adam and Layton formed a close bond backstage, with the Bad Education star posting a few pictures of the pair laughing and embracing in the dressing room.

"Some BTS ft @adamthomas21," he wrote. "Gonna miss you and your banter (Plus teasing you to keep warm for the dance offs)".
Writing in the comments, Adam said: "Keep shining brother x".
As well as Layton, Adam formed a close bond with Luba, as the actor opened up about their friendship on It Takes Two earlier this week.

“It’s the Strictly curse – it’s really brought us together," he joked. “I’m going to miss Luba. She’s taught me so much and we’ve created this friendship for life. I’m very grateful to have had this experience.”
Adam admitted that the elimination was “bittersweet”, adding: “The Rumba was one of those dances that I wanted to do, but probably not the best dance to do off the back of a dance-off. I enjoyed it and I thought we did a fantastic job – we can leave with our heads held high.
“This was my wedding song and my first dance, but my last dance on Strictly – I’m happy that it was this song and the dance that we left on. I knew going up against Angela we were going to be in trouble – she’s amazing.”

Following Adam's exit, Angela also paid tribute to him, revealing the dance-off between them was "tough".
"What's tough about it was of course Adam's such a lovely guy and we all absolutely adored him. And we've all become great friends," she said on It Takes Two.
"So when you are the other person in the dance-off, you know you're going to battle it out with someone who's become a mate. And it's tough, it is tough."
Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
