I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! star Sinitta is reportedly feuding with ex-lover Simon Cowell after she rejected his request to pull out of the show.

The 'So Macho' singer entered the Australian jungle earlier this week for a rumoured fee of £70,000, but The Mirror claims that Cowell offered her double that amount to reject an appearance.

Sources claim that "relations have cooled" between the pair following Sinitta's act of defiance and Cowell's refusal to allow the 45-year-old a spot on The X Factor USA.

"She thinks he's not happy," a friend of Sinitta is quoted as saying. "Simon has nothing to hide, but he is worried she will get loose-lipped and he likes to keep himself to himself."

However, Cowell's spokesperson Max Clifford has played down rumours of a fall-out between the old friends, insisting that the Syco boss "is happy about her being in the jungle".

Sinitta spent an entire night sobbing in a cockroach-filled caved prior to joining her campmates, and was yesterday (November 17) chosen by the public to take on the 'Cable Car-tastrophe' Bush Tucker trial.
