The final six acts taking part in Five's Don't Stop Believing have been revealed.

True DynaMix, ToneAcity, TCC, Cherish, Funky Little Choir and Elements will compete on this Sunday's show for a spot in next week's grand final and the chance of winning an album and online distribution deal.

Elements are the Am-dram society of accountancy and professional service firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers, while five-piece Cherish are described as "typical girl next door teenagers".

Funky Little Choir, who feature 14 to 18-year-olds, are hoping to show that if people look beyond disability anything is possible, and ToneAcity are a London-based group who believe that the programme is their last chance for a big break.

TCC are a Welsh collective from the Trinity University College, while True Dynamix are a hip-hop collective hoping to do Bridgend proud.

The four Wild Card winners - Dice, Sing Live, Swish and MT4Uth - will also return for one last performance at the end of the show. The judges will then pick one of the Wild Card acts to join all the winners in next week's finale.

Don't Stop Believing continues at 6.25pm on Sunday, August 15 on Five.
