Charlotte Crosby has opened up about experience of being in close quarters on a coach with controversial Celebrity Big Brother star Roxanne Pallett.

The Celebrity Coach Trip episodes featuring Roxanne begin airing on E4 tonight (January 23). They were filmed before her CBB stint and subsequent disappearance from public life following allegations on the reality show that fellow housemate Ryan Thomas punched her in the back "repeatedly, unprovoked".

Speaking to Daily Star Online, Charlotte said: “We filmed in July, way before she even went on Big Brother. What happened on Big Brother happened, we can’t comment on the matter, we weren’t there.

“We didn’t get to know her very well on the coach. She was there for, at most, three days. We all already had our cliques. We lived our lives, she lived hers.”

It has previously been revealed that the Coach Trip celebs have a group chat, with Nadia Essex saying that she had left it following her experiences on the show.

And it looks as if Roxanne isn't a member either. When Charlotte was asked if she and Roxanne are still speaking she answered: “We didn’t speak to her on the coach!”

Roxanne will be appearing on the show alongside her former Waterloo Road co-star George Sampson.

While Charlotte has no problem with appearing on the same show as Roxanne, fellow Coach Trip star Jaymi Hensley previously told Daily Star Online that he was worried about the show coming out.

“She wasn’t the same person that she was in Big Brother, it was a very different experience," Jaymi said.

"It’s going to be interesting to see how she is on Coach Trip, I remember us all saying it when it happened in CBB.

"We were quite worried about the show coming out. It’s difficult, it was such a big thing that happened in the house and we were worried we would be associated with that.

"The thing that people need to remember is that this was way before CBB, and it was a completely different environment."

Celebrity Coach Trip airs on E4.
