Dermot O'Leary has been tipped to replace Michael Bublé as host of the Brit Awards after the singer's 3-year-old son Noah was diagnosed with cancer last year.
It was rumoured that the X Factor and National Television Awards host had been approached to helm the ITV awards show, and now he's spoken out about whether he'd be keen to take on the gig.
Speaking to The Sun, 43-year-old Dermot wanted to offer his thoughts to Bublé family, saying: "We should not forget in all of this that a little boy's really ill and his dad's got to take some time off to look after him.
"I'm not saying that in a schmaltzy way, it's obviously very important.
"That said though, it's a really tough gig and it's a huge gig to be asked to do, but I want to get the NTAs out of the way first before I sit down, so I'm just concentrating on the NTAs."
Derm is set to host tonight's awards for the eighth year running, with Gogglebox star and I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! winner Scarlett Moffatt running the awards' backstage social media coverage.

There have also been rumours that Celebrity Big Brother, The Voice UK and Brits nomination show presenter Emma Willis was in line to take over from Bublé. Well, she pretty much presents everything else, so it's only a matter of time, right?
Previously Ant & Dec hosted for two years and James Corden took on four consecutive ceremonies prior to that.
Little Mix, Emeli Sandé, The 1975 and Robbie Williams - who has won more Brits than any other artist - are set to perform at the show, which takes place on February 22.
Don't forget to vote for your favourite TV shows in this year's National Television Awards! Shortlist voting closes at 12 midday on Wednesday, January 25.
