This year's John Lewis Christmas advert wasn't the emotional rollercoaster we're all used to and after all that #BounceBounce build-up, a lot of people were left, well, disappointed...

The Disney Frozen-themed advert sees Ayana dressed as Elsa and Oleg as snowman Olaf enjoying an adventure in a wintery wonderland.
Even if you have a heart of stone, this ad is gonna melt it.
The story begins by panning across the wilderness of Africa where Oleg was left two years ago by Aleksandr and Sergei, much to the dismay of the nation.
But then, while sleeping, a snowflake lands on his nose, transporting him to a Frozen-themed wonderland.

With the favourite Frozen song ' Let it Go' playing in the background, Oleg and Ayana are seen building a 'Snowkat' of Sergei, ice -skating and having a snowball fight.

Speaking about their new festive offering, Aleksandr Orlov said: "I have very big surprise this Christmas: Oleg is make return to telly screen!
"And because the only thing cuter than a baby meerpup is two baby meerpups, he is also bring his new best friend, Ayana.
"And that is not all; they will be dress as their favourite characters from Frozen! We wish you a very merry Christmas and hope you enjoy Oleg's magical snowy adventure."
The collaboration between Disney's Frozen and comparethemarket.com brings about two new meerkat toys – Oleg dressed as Olaf in a snowman onesie and Ayana as Elsa in blue dress and cape.
From today, anyone can choose the new toys as a reward when they buy or switch a qualifying product through the site.
The new advert will be shown for the first time on Christmas Day on ITV at 8pm.
