With I'm A Celebrity set to return on Sunday, 16 November, ITV has confirmed a major change to the bushtucker trials for 2025. While in previous years, the public could vote for one campmate to take on multiple trials, this year, there will be a limit.
Digital Spy understands that once a campmate has been voted to take on two trials in a row, they will not be included in the vote for the next day's trial.
A shakeup, which means that more campmates are responsible for winning stars and taking home food, they'll also get a fairer shot at screen time, meaning viewers will be able to get to know more of the celebrities, rather than a select few.
During the 2024 series, BBC radio host Dean McCullough was consistently voted in for Bushtucker trials and competed in seven of them consecutively. Dividing viewers, many became frustrated by the repetition (via Daily Mail).
Ahead of I'm A Celebrity's return, ITV has confirmed this year's line-up of contestants. Competing in this year's run will be: Aitch, Alex Scott, Angryginge, Eddie Kadi, Jack Osbourne, Kelly Brook, Lisa Riley, Martin Kemp, Ruby Wax, Tom Read Wilson, Vogue Williams and Shona McGarty.

"Mum and Kelly, yeah, they are absolutely going to be watching. They are supportive," he said. "It's absolutely going to be hard leaving them behind. I have got lots of kids, my wife, and my family still in the wake of my dad passing. It is going to be difficult, that is for sure.
"It's not the longest amount of time I've been away from them. I've gone on different trips filming Adrenaline Junkie for nearly two months without a phone, but I still had access to one, and I was able to make calls home. It's going to be very difficult not speaking to my wife and kids. But yes, I do hope I can make my family proud."
I'm A Celebrity will return on Sunday, 16 November.
