Outrageous, the new period drama starring Bridgerton's Bessie Carter, has shared its first images as well as confirming a release date.
The upcoming series tells the real-life story of the six Mitford sisters, an aristocratic family who achieved both fame and notoriety in 1930s and 1940s England for their often scandalous behaviour and views.
After being announced back in August, Outrageous now finally has a release date, with the six-part drama set to premiere on U and U&Drama on 19 June, with the announcement complete with a range of photos.
Carter, who portrayed Prudence Featherington in Bridgerton, will assume the role of eldest sister Nancy in Outrageous, with the actor being joined by Isobel Jesper Jones, Joanna Vanderham, Shannon Watson, Zoe Brough and Orla Hill.
"Outrageous is the story of six aristocratic sisters who refused to play by the rules, their often-scandalous lives making headlines around the world," reads the logline, which describes the period as a time full of "decadence, frivolity and lavishness".

What to Read Next
"Outrageous will bring the full, uncensored story of the Mitford sisters to the screen for the first time - a story of family bonds and betrayals, public scandal, political extremism, love, heartache and even imprisonment.
"The show explores how and why these women, unwilling to conform, were so ahead of their time - and what drove them to take their very different, complex and often dangerous paths. A family saga like no other, this is the Mitfords as they really were."

Described as "unapologetic, outrageous and utterly human", the series teases "love and heartache" amid the "crumbling world of the British aristocracy", with the siblings being drawn down "unexpected" and "increasingly divergent" paths.
Outrageous has been written by Sarah Williams, who has adapted Mary S Lovell's 2001 novel, The Mitford Girls. Ellie Heydon and Joss Agnew serve as directors, with the supporting cast including James Purefoy, Anna Chancellor and Toby Regbo.
Outrageous premieres on U and U&Drama on 19 June. Bridgerton seasons 1-3 are streaming on Netflix, along with Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
