ITV's latest US import The Americans will air next month, it has been confirmed.
The acclaimed Cold War era spy drama, which airs on FX in the US, will premiere on Saturday, June 1 at 10pm. The show will launch after the last Britain's Got Talent semi-final.

The Americans is based in suburban Washington D.C. shortly after Ronald Regan is elected President.
Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell star as Soviet spies Philip and Elizabeth Jennings, who are posing as a happily married couple with two children.
The duo are tested by their affinity for American values and their own complicated relationship as well as new neighbour Stan Beeman (Noah Emmerich), an FBI agent.
