Jason Manford has announced that he will be appearing on BBC crime drama Death in Paradise with Emmerdale and Strictly Come Dancing star Kelvin Fletcher.
The comedian posted a picture on social media of himself and Fletcher aboard a plane – masked up – en route to Caribbean island Guadeloupe, where filming resumed in July.
He also referenced criticism he'd received from the picture already, with regards to which way up he was wearing his mask and what class the TV stars were flying in.

"Please stop calling people out on 'wearing mask wrong' it is soooo boring!" he wrote on Facebook. "There's so many different masks out there it's impossible to say which are right n wrong simply from a photo."
He then went on to confirm Fletcher's identity from under the mask, and their exciting news: "Oh and it's kelvin fletcher and we're off to Guadeloupe to film Death in Paradise."

Earlier this year, the Beeb confirmed the welcome news that DS Florence Cassell, played by Josephine Jobert, is heading back to Saint Marie Police.
However, it also revealed that Shyko Amos (Ruby Patterson) and Aude Legastelois-Bidé (DS Madeleine Dumas) will not be returning, having appeared in the last two series of the show.
