Stephanie Davis was starting her day with three bottles of wine, at her lowest point.
The Hollyoaks actress appeared on Loose Women to discuss her darkest time, and how she overcame it and got back to a happy place.
Speaking to the panel, Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan, Saira Khan and Coleen Nolan, she said: "At the end I was drinking every day, a lot, probably three bottles of wine in the morning.
"I got told I had trauma and PTSD when I got to rehab. I was having panic attacks and anxiety. I was having night terrors. I was using it to go to sleep."
Steph, who is a mum to son Caben from her relationship with fellow Celebrity Big Brother star Jeremy McConnell, also opened up about her new romance with co-star Owen Warner.
"He’s just beautiful inside and out. He brings me flowers every week because he never lets them die so he gets them every week," she said.
