One of the highlight features of the Apple Watch is the ability to share your heartbeat with a fellow Watch user. That's great if you have friends or loved-ones to share with, but chances are you're the only person you know with an Apple Watch.

Apple Watch review: The stylish smartwatch for iPhones in search of a killer app

Nooshaw, the Redditor who started the group, told Wired: "It started as a group of Watch buyers who didn't know anyone else that was getting one and wanted to play with the watch to watch heartbeats, sketches, and tap features."

It's a strangely intimate thing to share, but users are responding to the group positively.

Nooshaw admits that the occasional childish user pops up, "with with d**k pics being the norm".
