The new iPhone 5S features upgraded hardware, including a more powerful processor and even a fingerprint sensor called TouchID which is built into the handset's 'Home' button.
The iPhone 5S will ship in three new colour schemes, gold, silver and 'space grey', and will cost £549 for the 16GB model, £629 for the 32GB model and £709 for the 64GB model in the UK.

The iPhone 5C uses largely the same technology as the current iPhone 5, but with a different design. It is available in five colours - blue, green, pink, yellow and white. Jonathan Ive says the iPhone 5C is "beautifully, unapologetically plastic".
iPhone 5C features include a 4-inch Retina display, an 8-megapixel rear camera capable of shooting 1080p video and an LED-flash light.
The iPhone 5C, which is priced from $99 for a 16GB model on a two-year contract in the US, will cost £469 to buy unlocked in the UK.
