Amazon recently launched the fifth-generation range of Echo Dot smart speakers – but if you're looking for a post-Black Friday/Cyber Monday offer, then you can save some money on its predecessor.
If you're not too bothered about having the very latest model, then Amazon is offering a discount on its third-generation Echo Dot model (the one shaped a bit like a hockey puck, rather than the one shaped like a sphere).
Usually priced at £39.99, an individual third-gen Echo Dot is available for £16.99 in the run-up to Christmas.
But that's not all. If you'd like a couple of them, then you can save further, by purchasing two third-generation Echo Dots for £29.98.

The third-gen Echo Dot enables you to voice control your music and stream songs from providers including Amazon Music and Spotify, while you can also listen to audiobooks from Audible on the device.
The speakers also come with the Alexa assistant, which enables you to check the weather, hear the news headlines, set alarms, ask questions and more, with new Alexa skills continually being added.
