1. Aaron's secret fling is out
Nicolette disapproves following the revelation that Aaron slept with Logan, who was once David's creepy stalker. Kiri sees the situation differently and she encourages Nicolette to be more compassionate towards Aaron.
Leo is also warm and understanding, encouraging Aaron not to feel ashamed for seeking a connection with someone new following David's death.

2. Nicolette plots against Aaron
Nicolette apologises to Aaron for judging him harshly. She shows her support by joining Aaron for his latest appointment at the hospital, where he's waiting to hear whether he has been immunised against Hepatitis B.
Kiri praises Nicolette for her understanding approach, taking it as evidence that her girlfriend has become much more mature. However, Nicolette continues to keep a secret record of Aaron's behaviour and she adds the Logan drama to her growing list of complaints.
3. Aaron continues to struggle
Aaron makes himself scarce after spotting Nicolette and Kiri enjoying a loved-up moment together. Nicolette wonders whether Aaron is struggling to be around happy couples following David's tragic death. She sees this as a shame, remembering how much they all used to enjoy each other's company.
Nicolette strikes a deal with Aaron, promising to ease up on the public displays of affection if Aaron agrees to be more present.
4. Toadie agrees to seek help
Terese remains oblivious to how much Toadie is struggling. She reveals that she's considering changing her surname to Rebecchi, coinciding with their imminent one-year wedding anniversary.
Toadie's lack of enthusiasm over Terese's idea doesn't go unnoticed by Karl, who suggests that it's time for him to seek professional help over his downbeat moods.
Toadie agrees to speak to counsellor Rhonda again, but he's adamant that he doesn't want Terese to know.
5. Nell makes an upsetting discovery
Nell confides in JJ about how she hasn't visited Sonya's Nursery for a long time. JJ persuades Nell to accompany him there, but Nell is shocked when she spots how run-down and abandoned the place is after months of neglect.
Back at home, Nell's upset grows when she realises that Toadie knew about the poor state of her late mum's nursery and hadn't told her. Toadie explains that he has been trying to deal with the situation by finding a new tenant.
Terese had also been unaware of the situation, and she struggles to understand why Toadie didn't confide in her about this.
6. Wendy's friendship sparks further concern
Wendy is due to officially receive the mentorship prize during a ceremony at the university. She considers whether to speak publicly about the racism she recently experienced from another student, but ultimately chooses not to.
Quinn continues to advise Wendy on the situation, but Sadie notices their growing connection and raises it with her mum. Wendy explains the importance of having such a close friend who's on the same wavelength as her, but is there more to it?
7. Holly receives a warning over her new romance
Mackenzie reveals that Erinsborough newcomer Heath is her latest client at Rebecchi Law. Holly confides in Sadie about how Heath is also her new mystery man.
Sadie is sceptical about Holly's choice of boyfriend, pointing out that he's her new colleague at Lassiters and things could get messy. Holly insists that she's going into the relationship with her eyes open and there's nothing to worry about.
8. Mackenzie receives a threat
Mackenzie becomes suspicious of Heath and discovers that he has been using two different names. She shares the revelation with Toadie and Krista, but Heath's secret accomplice Tess skilfully explains it away.
Despite the near-miss, Heath is livid with Mackenzie and he confronts her with a veiled threat to back off in future.
9. Paul has a new enemy in his sights
Paul returns home and is intrigued when Tess offers him an opportunity to buy the Sinclair family's share of Lassiters. This would put Paul in full control of the hotel, so it's a tempting proposition even though it would mean stabbing Leo and Krista in the back.
Tess is pleased when Paul seemingly agrees to her terms, but there's a twist to the tale when Paul later meets with Leo and Krista and it's revealed that they're all playing Tess. They vow to play the long game to figure out what Tess and Heath are really up to.
10. Holly and Heath strike a deal
Sadie warns Holly that she's spotted Heath sharing a kiss with Tess. Holly brushes off her friend's discovery, reiterating that her relationship with Heath is a casual one and she doesn't mind him seeing other people.
Later, Holly lets her true feelings show when she angrily confronts Heath. The sly charmer immediately tries to win Holly over with expensive gifts. Taking a leaf out of her mum Izzy's book, Holly decides to enjoy the ride and let Heath see other people as long as he makes it worth her while.
11. Dex crosses the line to help Cara
Dex notices that Cara is struggling with her latest university assignment, so he decides to secretly re-do some of his mum's work. Haz interrupts and grows suspicious about what Dex is up to.
Later, Cara sends off her assignment without giving it a final proofread. This means that Dex's secret meddling with the work goes unnoticed.
12. Haz decides to intervene
Cara receives her first High Distinction, leaving Dex pleased that his efforts to help her paid off so well. Haz overhears Cara's good news and he realises what Dex did.
Dex urges Haz not to burst Cara's bubble by exposing the truth, but Haz remains unsettled and ends up tipping off Remi about what happened.
13. Cara faces an investigation
Cara is shocked when she learns that the university is investigating her for academic misconduct in relation to her latest assignment. Dex admits what he did, leaving Cara furious with him for interfering.
Remi urges Cara to calm down, pointing out that her anger is partly due to embarrassment that she needed help from their son in the first place. Cara makes peace with Dex, but now faces an anxious wait to find out what the consequences at uni will be.
