After a push from a desperate Susan, Karl reluctantly admits he blames her for Finn's actions. He attempts to be diplomatic in his response but it's futile as the damage is done.
Susan is deeply hurt and Karl's attempts to smooth things over don't go as planned. It's a complicated situation that takes a backseat as Elly struggles to decide what to do about her charges.
Meanwhile, Sheila is thrown to learn about the debts Gary has left behind. It's another weight Sheila must bear, but she's determined to make a plan of attack and get on top of things. Dipi pops over to assist Sheila sort Gary's belongings. In the process, they discover a way to repay Gary's debts. However, Sheila isn't sure she can sell anything belonging to Gary.
