Amy and Gary are intrigued to learn that Chloe and Kyle hooked up at the Easter party. Both see an attraction between the housemates as the perfect cure to the insecurities plaguing their own relationship. They separately encourage a romance between the pair.
When Chloe goes all in and tries to recreate some flirty fun, she finds Kyle initially more than up for it… until Kyle figures out that his dad and his ex are helping fuel this flirtation. The realisation is like a bucket of cold water and Kyle backs off, leaving Chloe confused.
Meanwhile, Sheila remains determined to learn what truly happened between Kyle and Georgia in Germany and resolves to get to the bottom of it. Offering to clean up after the party at Number 32, she rifles through Kyle's mail and uncovers the divorce papers Georgia has sent him, along with a personal letter. In it, she learns exactly what might be causing Kyle's hot and cold behaviour with Chloe and confronts him over his secret truth – he ended things with Georgia because he's still in love with Amy.
Elsewhere, a frantic Aaron races to the hospital with Leo in tow after he learns David has been injured in the fight at the Backpackers. Aaron is relieved to learn David is fine, but quickly grows unimpressed that David has decided not to tell Paul anything went wrong – he wants to protect his dad and brother's relationship. But Aaron can't hold his tongue and reveals the truth to Paul. While David is upset at Aaron for dobbing Leo in, Paul gives Leo a serve over willingly allowing his brother to take a fist for him, informing Leo he's on notice.
