Ricky is furious that Brax has let out their secret of trying for a baby when it was meant to be private. Brax goes off at Kyle for opening his mouth, which in turn causes tension between Kyle and Phoebe. Phoebe doesn't want secrets between her and Kyle, so she wants to know why Ricky is so upset. Kyle shares with her that Ricky miscarried last time she was pregnant.
When Brax shows up, Kyle tries to give him a hint too that Ricky might just be scared. Brax makes amends with Ricky and shows her that he's here to support her the whole way.
Meanwhile, Matt tries to cheer up Sasha, who is still worried about the ramifications of lying about the poem. Zac summons Sasha before class and gives it to her straight - he can't trust that any of her poems are original works. As a result, she's going to fail this subject, which means she may fail the HSC. Sasha is upset and goes straight to Irene for advice. As they're discussing the situation, Matt walks in and overhears just how bad it is. Sasha immediately tells him to get lost. Matt decides to come clean to Zac that the poem is his, so Zac decides not to fail Sasha after all - she'll just have to write new poems.
Elsewhere, obsessed Oscar is back at the gym again. Spencer tries to find out why he is working out so much, but Oscar deflects. Spencer shares his concerns with Maddy, who decides to check up on Oscar herself. Oscar makes excuses not to talk to her for long. Next time at the gym, he almost drops a weight on himself, but when Spencer and Maddy go to his aid, he pushes them away. Oscar warns them to stop interfering and storms out, leaving Spencer and Maddy more worried than ever.
