Xander is pleased to see Stacey is putting down roots in Summer Bay, as she's the gym's new trainer. Not missing an opportunity, Xander flirtatiously invites Stacey out on a second date – and she's thrilled. Throwing caution to the wind, Xander improvises a date with Stacey, who is impressed by his spontaneity.
Xander later hops behind the bar at Salt to give Mac a hand. Stacey is once again impressed. Back at his apartment, Stacey wonders what other secret skills Xander is hiding. Pulling her into a steamy kiss, Xander seems keen to show her and carries Stacey off toward his bedroom.
Meanwhile, Mac considers cancelling Lyrik's contract at Salt altogether. Dean wonders what's really motivating Mac's distress. A self-conscious Mac admits that she was planning to get her savings organised so she could move out of Dean's house in time for the new baby.
