Rose wants to know everything about Xander's dating plans with Stacey, but he wants Rose to stay out of his love life. Rose worries that Xander has a confidence issue and is avoiding dating. She doesn't realise that Xander has already organised a dinner date with Stacey.

As a dapper Xander rushes out of the door, he lies to Rose that he's off to a work colleague's party. When Rose catches wind of Xander's hot date, she decides to crash it. Waiting for Stacey to arrive, Xander is mortified when Rose sits across from him with a grin.

Meanwhile, Bree returns from her call with Jacob to the judgemental looks of Remi and Eden. Unable to handle the pressure from them, Bree excuses herself abruptly.

Later, Eden tells Bree that it's not fair to ask for Remi's help then push him away. Apologising for this, Bree is embraced by an understanding Remi. Eden spots this exchange and worries that Remi is becoming too attached to Bree.

Elsewhere, refusing to be treated differently, Ziggy takes offence at Justin's gentle consideration of her pregnancy. Fed up with her attitude, Justin warns Ziggy that if she weren't pregnant, her actions at work would warrant disciplinary action. Hurt by Justin's vicious tone, Ziggy runs out in tears.

Refusing to allow the stand-off to continue, Dean dumps the truth on Justin: Ziggy didn't open the garage that day because she was in hospital. Justin feels terrible.

With a peace offering of ice cream, Justin brokers a deal with Ziggy to balance her pregnancy with the garage. Touched by his kindness, Ziggy agrees to take the limits of her pregnancy seriously.
