Mac tries to explain her feelings to Ari, which only breaks his heart. Mac is lost with what to do, so Dean offers some sage advice about fighting for Ari if he's who she really wants.
Mac goes to Ari to try and further explain her feelings. She tries to win back his trust, but Ari struggles to believe her. Mac admits their relationship is no longer a casual one and she wants Ari only. He finally acknowledges he feels the same.
Meanwhile, Bella and Nikau's quiet night in is interrupted by Colby returning from a shift. Bella's furious at her brother and goes after her boyfriend. Bella has it out with Colby and shuts down Colby's sense of entitlement over her. Bella assures Nikau she will stick by him, and Colby finally comes to talk to Nikau and clear the air.
