Jasmine takes over minding Grace, leaving Tori feeling lost. Tori is worried that Jasmine's feelings towards Grace are becoming abnormal – even Justin senses it. As Tori rushes to work, Jasmine arrives to offer to take Grace when she overhears Marilyn's concern about Tane, but Tori manages to convince Jasmine everything's alright.
Jasmine can't take her mind off Grace and takes the day off work to check up on the little one. She then lies to Marilyn, saying Tori wants her to take the baby because of safety concerns.
Meanwhile, Tane oversteps the line by coming onto Mac in front of Ari. Ari confesses to Mac how Tane is still mixed up in a life he's left behind. Mackenzie shoots down Tane's advances.
What to Read Next
Marilyn is forced into letting Tane stay at her house for the night, but she isn't completely comfortable about him being around. Gemma further apologises to Mac about her family on her first day at her new job at Salt. Tane and Nikau's playful morning at the beach is cut short by an irate Ari. Tane informs Ari he'll be sticking around whether he likes it or not.
Elsewhere, Justin has a burning question for Leah, and Irene speculates if he's going to pop the big question.
