Leah can't find Justin anywhere and her concern is growing. She fears that Robbo and Jasmine's news might have pushed Justin over the edge. To make matters worse, John saw Justin speed off dangerously, looking very troubled.

Soon afterwards, Robbo receives an earful from Mason, who insists that Robbo's plan to take Grace from the Bay is incredibly misguided. She needs her mother, and Tori needs her daughter. Leah weighs in as well, noting Robbo hasn't even bothered to take Grace to visit Tori.

Robbo is left rattled by his confrontation with Mason and Leah. As Robbo justifies his actions for not taking Grace to see her mum, Alex weighs in with some advice, pointing out there is evidence to suggest that coma patients can sometimes register what is going on around them. Armed with this information, Robbo takes Leah's comments on-board and drives to the city with Grace to see Tori at the hospital.

What to Read Next

Robbo arrives at the hospital and is surprised to find Justin already there by Tori's bedside. Robbo calls Leah to let her know where Justin is. Robbo can see that his decision to bring Grace to see her mother was the right one. This means a lot to Justin, who becomes overwhelmed as he holds Grace next to her mother and pleads for her to open her eyes.

With the dust beginning to settle between them, Robbo opens up about his decision to move. The family farm will be a safe haven for Grace, and he reckons Tori would approve. He intends to leave in four weeks and decides to promote Willow to full-time manager once he goes.

Justin updates Mason and Leah on his visit with Tori. He speaks of the beautiful moment between mother and daughter, explaining that it was like they could sense each other. Justin still has reservations about moving Tori to a brain injury unit, feeling as though by doing so, he is giving up hope that she will ever wake up.

Mason is frustrated by Justin's inability to accept the reality of the situation and make a logical decision. He points out that Tori's bed in the ICU could be better used by someone else. The comment pushes Justin over the edge and he snaps, sick of Mason treating Tori like just another faceless patient. An argument erupts and Mason storms off, leaving Leah dismayed for both brothers. There's clearly still a long, hard road ahead for the Morgans.

Meanwhile, Roo has volunteered to help Maggie finalise the school report cards. On seeing Bella's report card, they're shocked by how poorly she has performed. Maggie wonders if it's even fair to advance her to Year 12. Roo's agrees it might be setting her up for more failure. However, making her repeat isn't ideal either, as this would be another hit to the poor girl's self-esteem. It's a tricky situation, but Roo steps up to the challenge and offers to try and come up with some options.

After Roo departs, Ben arrives home with Ziggy's new surfboard, having worked hard to get it finished in time for her return tomorrow. Maggie is proud of his work and heartened to see him in such good spirits again.
