Freddie searches The Loft in the hope of finding Fraser's fortune, chancing across a memorial from Clare Devine's funeral. Ste begs Warren for another chance and blows up Freddie's plan, so Warren gives him a reprieve.
Freddie finds the cash buried behind the office wall. Warren then tries to recruit Ste.
Meanwhile, Lucas has been left alone at the hospital and Declan gets to him. When Ste returns and tries to talk to Lucas about his sexuality, Lucas tells him that he misses Carter and that he needs his help.
