Former Hollyoaks actor David Tag can't wait to spend Christmas with his young family.
Known for playing Sylver McQueen in the soap between 2018 and 2022, the dad-of-two caught up with The Mirror to discuss the "nice and chilled" plans he's got in mind for the festive period.
"My little boy is just kind of getting into what Christmas means and everything. So I'm going to dress up for him as Santa on Christmas Eve, and then I might do that every year for him just to keep it going," Tag said.

"Hopefully, he doesn't recognise that it's me! That'll probably be our tradition that I'll start off this year."
As for what he's most looking forward to, the soap star said of his son: "Reuben being really excited and he's getting excited with the frost on the trees at the moment.

"I'm just excited for him to open his presents and just enjoy himself. That's kind of like what's making me happiest at the minute."

When it comes to parenting two littles ones, Tag went on to admit it's been a lot to get used to.
"Two kind of changes your whole dynamic again," he suggested.
"We both work together quite well, me and my girlfriend, and we managed. But once they get bigger, it'll get easier. And then we'll probably have another one on the way anyway! But it is okay, we're getting by."
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
