Upcoming episodes will see Juliet growing concerned about her declining health, and she'll eventually undergo further tests at the hospital.
After no explanation is found for Juliet’s extreme ill health, Misbah orders extra investigations.
As Juliet awaits the results, an emotional scene in the trailer sees her telling James that the doctors believe it could be cancer.
Peri will also find herself in an impossible situation as she watches Juliet suffer from the sidelines.

Meanwhile, Prince and Olivia’s wedding will bring the McQueens together this Christmas with the return of Prince’s brother, Hunter.
John Paul looks ill at ease as he walks Olivia down the aisle to meet her groom, but is his sobriety at stake, or are there other secrets in play between the brothers…?
Finally, the trailer also shows the fallout of Maxine’s attack, which happens in a special episode titled 'The Long Walk Home' – airing on E4 tonight (November 8).
Determined not to not let the assault define her, Maxine vows to find the ‘Hollyoaks spiker’, but her campaign puts divides between her and friend Verity, who is torn between Maxine and Eric.
As Maxine investigates the caravan and grows closer to the truth, she warns Eric that she’s onto him.
Hollyoaks airs new episodes from Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look screenings at 7pm on E4. Selected omnibus episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video.
