1. John Paul gets a new love interest
As first teased in Hollyoaks' recent spring trailer, newcomer PC George Kiss is being lined up as a love interest for John Paul. Sally is the first to spot a possible attraction, convinced that her son fancies the local policeman.
Sally tries to find out whether PC Kiss might be interested in John Paul, but this sparks a row as John Paul is embarrassed by her matchmaking efforts.

2. Sally puts a new plan into action
PC Kiss's response to Matthew-Jesus seemingly gives Sally hope, as she refuses to give up on her grand matchmaking plan. She arranges for John Paul to receive a surprise visit at home from PC Kiss – we're shocked by straight-laced Sally wasting valuable police time, by the way.
John Paul is mortified as Sally is far from subtle with her attempts to play matchmaker. Could the plan pay off, leading to the creation of a brand new Hollyoaks ship? Watch this space...
3. Mitchell is under suspicion
Mitchell has been arrested under suspicion of attacking Felix, but viewers know that Toby was the real culprit. Sadly, Mitchell can't rely on support from the one person who's usually in his corner.
Scott has some doubts about Mitchell's innocence and confides in Diane about his feelings. He even starts to question his entire relationship with Mitchell after the violent incident.
Meanwhile, down at the police station, Mitchell struggles under tough questioning from the police.
4. Mitchell proposes
As his doubts escalate, Scott packs Mitchell's things. Mitchell confesses that he was planning his revenge on Felix on the night of the attack, but changed his mind.
When this isn't enough to reassure Scott, Mitchell tries a new tactic by proposing.
5. Felix fights for his family
When Felix finally regains consciousness after his attack, he's feeling remorseful after his past actions.
Felix hopes for a second chance and asks Celeste if she'll listen to his side of the story, so they go for a coffee together. We can't wait to see what this means for Toby and Celeste's revenge plans.
6. Tony reaches out to his family
Tony's desire to get to know his sister could lead to Edward worming his way back in. Tony arranges a lunch for Verity after hearing about her new business venture with Sami and James.
Verity has already made some plans with Edward, so Tony reluctantly invites him along to the meal as well. Can all be forgiven when Edward accepts the invitation? Don't do it, Tony!
7. Cindy is not happy
It was only ever a matter of time before Cindy ran into problems at the Grand Bazaar. She's rapidly losing patience with Tom's eco-friendly venture there – so much for family loyalty.
Brooke and Ollie decide to make their own batch of vegan burgers, then sneakily fill Cindy's fridge with plant-based products. We fear this could push Cindy over the edge...
Hollyoaks airs new episodes on Mondays and Tuesdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
