Emmerdale cast member Bradley Johnson, who plays Vinny Dingle, has spoken about the tremendus spectacle of seeing the entire cast filming together for these scenes.

"It was so emotional," the actor said. "We were doing some acting at the bottom of the village so we didn't see everyone line up on the main street. The director said to me, 'Right Bradley, I want you to walk round the corner and as you look up you are going to see the whole cast and they are going to throw roses as the coffin goes past'.

"The first time I saw everyone was when the camera tilted round. Because of Covid, it is a rare sight to see everyone there. It was really, really emotional just having the coffins there and the hearses with their names on. It was a really emotional day but it should look real and heartfelt."

The Dingles remain in shambles ahead of the funeral, as Chas is furious at sister-in-law Moira Dingle for not warning her or Cain about Faith's plan to end her life until her final hours.

The family will have to put their differences aside to bury two of their own. As mentioned, Faith decided to end her life on her own terms after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Liv was crushed to death by a caravan while trying to get to the Woolpack with husband Vinny during the storm. Police detective Harriet was also killed in the storm.

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV, and streams on the ITV Hub.
